'STORM' AREA 51 : THE REVOLUTION BEGINS
‘Storm' Area 51 meme has become a powerful Cultural Movement - whether you like it or not. Here is an exclusive long-form interview with the creator of the meme - Matty Roberts.
The idea of 'storming' Area 51 (an operating military base), started as a joke-meme; HOWEVER, the movement has gained international attention - evoking an official response from the United States military. This has provided us all with a powerful opportunity to have our voices heard. An opportunity to guide the conversation and make significant and permanent change in our global society.
There is something BIG brewing for September 20th - something that everybody can get around to come together and address our frustrations. A few organizations and strategists are working together to create a unique moment in history with us all. Although in the initial phase of planning - events will include movie screenings, musical guests, speakers and activism! This will be the ultimate desert party - with satellite events around the world - and will give a voice to the the movement that is forming and growing with each second.
A meme is not born out of thin air. It can only thrive if there is a deep undercurrent and culture surrounding a timely thought. The ‘Storm’ moment was born from from a rich history of human desire. The meme was created in response to seeing Bob Lazar and me on Joe Rogan’s podcast, and was inspired to watch my Netflix documentary - Bob Lazar : Area 51 & Flying Saucers. However, the true beginning of this story is in 1989 - when Bob Lazar came forward on the news with Las Vegas investigative reporter - George Knapp. Lazar disclosed his account of attempting to reverse-engineer alien spacecraft for the United States military. This is how Area 51 became a household name; and it’s the reason the secret-base has become associated with UFOs and flying saucers in the first place.
The ’Storm’ meme tapped into the frustration global society has surrounding decades of UFO secrecy - they know they are being lied to; and they want the truth. September 20th is a remarkable opportunity for those seeking UFO Transparency - and this cultural zeitgeist will not go unrecognized. Artists, musicians and filmmakers are mobilizing to shape the experience this September - and they are coordinating with local business and establishing authorized and official locations for people to come together - to NOT ’Storm’ Area 51 - instead, to have a moment of music, presentations and celebration.
Advocates are planning this September 20th event series in a responsible way - with a group of excellent organizers. Together - we will shine a light on UFO secrecy.
Stay tuned and get ready to join us for a fantastic event series - we might just change the course of history.
“A new plan has been enacted to make the Area 51 raid a celebration of art and science instead of an actual raid, all while promoting a demolition of the UFO secrecy some believe has been enacted by the American government.” - Newsweek
The ultimate goal is to responsibly introduce the technologies gleaned from the non-terrestrial reverse-engineering programs that have been under lock and key by our military. “We took back that microphone and we’ve been holding it; and we’re not letting go.
There is a ‘Storm’ brewing - and it’s time we deal with that fact.

Here is a message from Bob Lazar on the ‘Storm’ Area 51 meme…
"I have to comment on this ‘Storm Area 51’ thing. I do understand it was started as a joke by someone, but there are a number of people who are actually planning on showing up. This is a misguided idea. Area 51 is a classified research base. There are no aliens or alien technology located there. The only place there was ever any alien technology was at Site S4, south of Area 51 proper. That was 30 years ago. S4 may have moved decades ago or it’s possible it’s no longer being used for the project. I do not support this ‘movement’. The last time someone tried to get in to Area 51 he was shot. This is not the way to go about trying to get more information. What is good, is the interest in the subject - the science and technology. That is what would immediately change the world we live in." - Bob Lazar
